Consultant of the Month
Consultant of the month is both recognition for outstanding achievement and also a means by which the whole Impackta network is able to focus on a showcase of best practise.
Consultants may choose to submit case studies on successful strategies implemented with clients for consideration. A panel of judges will decide which has added most value from one or more of the following perspectives.
- General added value to the clients
- Profit improvement
- Risk mitigation
- Improved productivity
- Personal development
- Strategic development
Against this framework the case study will also be assessed for adding value to our network.
This is designed to complement our case study programme.
The winning extract will be interviewed by a representative of corporate office and the notes circulated for the benefit of our network.
