Standard Terms of Business
Impact offers the following terms of business:

• Business services are offered at an agreed hourly rate which excludes VAT.
• Impact are VAT registered (No: 805 1534 58) and VAT will apply to all fees.
• The agreed business rates will be secured at original agreed rate reviewed six monthly.
• We will generally agree a maximum hourly commitment for the month.
• If given your instructions there is a likelihood that we will exceed the agreed figure we will discuss any further commitment beforehand.
• Under these terms you are not bound to any ongoing commitment and either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
• Our invoicing terms are: Invoicing on the last working day of each month and strictly payable within 14 days, (up to six weeks credit).
• Cancellation of appointments within a week of the scheduled appointments will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of agreed time.
• Our core business value is to add value at every interaction.
